זהו המקום האידיאלי ממנו ניתן לבקר בכמה מהערים היפות ביותר בטוסקנה, הוילה נמצאת במיקום מרכזי, בדיוק בין פירנצה ופיזה, ובמרחק של – 30 דקות מסן ג'ימיניאנו המפורסמת.
ברדיוס של 30 ק"מ תוכלו לבקר בשרידים האטרוסקיים של וולטרה, ברחובות והכיכרות של צ'רטלדו ומבצר סן מינאטו.
במרחש של שעה ו – 20 דקות, המרכזים האמנותיים של פירנצה, פיזה, לוקה וסיינה גם נגישים בקלות. החוף הטוסקני הוא במרחק של רק נסיעה קצרה משם, ועוד צפונה, נמצאת לידו של ורסיליה עם אתרי נופש כגון Viareggio ופורטה דיי מרמי.
מונטאיונה הינו כפר קטן עם מסעדות וחנויות מזון והוא במרחק של 10 ק"מ משם.
אם טיול באזור כפרי מעניין אתכם, תוכלו ללכת אל לאנו: רק 2 ק"מ מהווילה ויש שם 2 מסעדות, בר וחנות מכולת.
הווילה היא בית חווה ישן אשר שוחזר לאחרונה, ע"י בעלי מלאכה מקומיים המבטיחים כי המבנה המקורי שלו נשמר במלואו.

הוילה כוללת אזור שבו תוכלו לאכול בחוץ, עם נופים של הבריכה והעמק שמתחת, המקום המושלם לסעודות חיצוניות.
בנוסף לנוף המרהיב בו ממוקמת הווילה, יש אלמנט נוסף שלא ניתן לזלזל בו: הבריכה הגדולה במיוחד (12X12 מ') והג'קוזי המחובר אליה.

3km gravel road in partially sufficient condition and in partially good condition. Iano is at walking distance but the road is steep and it could be difficult for people who are not used to walk or with walking difficulties.
