מיקום: הנכס, רק 2.5 ק"מ מן החופים החוליים של החוף היוני, ממוקם בין Morciano di Leuca ו Torre Vado בארץ של כ דונם אחד, המאופיין צמחייה הים התיכון, עצי זית גם בני מאות שנים, חרוב, פירות עצים ואגסים עוקצניים.
בית: הוא מחולק לשתי יחידות עצמאיות לחלוטין.
– Tyche מורכב של 3 חדרי שינה (2 זוגות עם גישה עצמאית מבחוץ 1 כפול), שני חדרי אמבטיה / מקלחת, אזור מגורים עם ספות מובנות (2 מיטות נוספות) ומטבח עם פינת אוכל.
– Petrea מורכב חדר גדול / סלון (כ 30sqm) עם מיטה זוגית אחת ו 1 מובנית הספה שיכול להכיל שני אנשים נוספים, פינת אוכל, חדר אמבטיה עם חדר הלבשה ומטבח עם ארון קטן.
שני הבתים מצוידים בתנור חשמלי, כיריים, מקרר, מכונת כביסה וכספת. בנוסף, כל אחד מהם כולל מטבח חיצוני עם ברביקיו, פינת אוכל מוצלת ומקלחת עם מים חמים.
