ממוקמת במקום שקט ב-Cisano,  

 בית מדהים ומודרני ומהווה בסיס מצוין לביקור בעיירות של אגם גארדה. הוילה השוכנת בין שתי העיירות, Lazise and Bardolino נמצאת במרחק של 15 דקות הליכה בלבד מ-Cisano ומחופי האגם.

הוילה מציעה מיקום מפואר על החוף המזרחי של אגם גארדה, ומציעה שילוב של עיצוב מודרני וחללי פנים ללא דופי. להירגע בסביבה אלגנטית וליהנות מנופים נפלאים של האגם.

הווילה מתפרסת על פני מפלס יחיד אחד, וכוללת חמישה חדרי שינה זוגיים מסוגננים  ושלושה חדרי אמבטיות ויכולה להכיל עד 10 אורחים. לב הבית הוא אזור המגורים המרווח ונפתח ישירות אל המרפסת והגנים עד לבריכת השחייה הפרטית. תיהנו בערבים המשקיפים על האגם ותתפנקו בארוחות באוויר הפתוח הודות לפינת האוכל החיצונית הגדולה והברביקיו.

 חדר אוכל מקורה, כמו גם מטבח מודרני מאובזר במלואו עם מדיח כלים ותנור.

בחוץ בגנים, יש הרבה מקום לכולם והבריכה מרוהטת בשמשיות ובכסאות שמש, מה שהופך את זה למקום אידיאלי להתרחק אחר הצהריים ספוגי שמש.
