לוילה גישה מהכביש הראשי של Vere.  והכניסה הראשית הינה מרשימה ביותר. בפנים יש מספר מקומות מקורים לחניה.
בבית, אפשר ליהנות מנוף מדהים מהסלון ומחדר האוכל,  אשר שניהם ממוקמים בצד הקדמי של הבית, ומתאימים ליותר מ – 14 אורחים. מלבד הנוף לים, ישנה גישה ישירה לגינה הקדמית ובה עצים ופרחים צבעוניים.
שלוש מדרגות מהסלון לוקחות אתכם לחדר שינה עם חדר רחצה ומרפסת נפרדת. בקומה הראשונה יש חדר שינה MASTER עם נוף פנורמי נפלא לים משני חלונות הפונים לכיוון דרום. במרתף ישנם 3 חדרי שינה עם חדר רחצה צמוד ומרפסת משלהם, כמו גם גישה ישירה לבריכת שחייה ולגינה.

תאור הבית –

This villa of 240sq. m is set on a plot of land of 2000sq. m and is located on the southern side of the main road that connects Verve. with Porto Heli. The house is slightly elevated from the sea level, something that creates a magnificent aura and ambiance.

From this place you can enjoy the spectacular sea view and the unique sunset. The only obstacle are the aged roof tiles of two beautiful houses located in a nice villa settlement almost in front of the villa, but in a lower level.

This property features a brick driveway that leads to the beach right in front of it , passing through some houses that intervene . The plot’s main gate is of aged wood and  fits with the style of the region. As you enter the property there is a welcome space and an impressive entrance.  The garden is adorned with lavenders, pine trees, a 90-year-old olive tree stem and other sorts of plants.

At the western side of the plot there is a large pergola able to accommodate at least 4 cars.

From there you can go directly to the garden and the swimming pool passing through the sitting and dining area, which is right in front of the interior kitchen.

At the front side of the house there is the main space of the sitting area with the expensive antique rattan furniture, where you can enjoy playing by the pool or start your day with a wonderful sea view. You can also see the peninsula of Peloponnese in Laconia emerging slowly from the horizon. At the eastern side of the house a large table surrounded by bougainvillea can be divided in half.

It is covered with microcement and has rough texture. The director’s chairs and an impressive chandelier create a brilliant ambiance in the summer evenings.

Inside, from every corner of the house you can enjoy the sea view. The main features of the interior are the imposing roof, the Californian marble and the view to the lush green garden.

A spacious kitchen equipped with everything necessary has a window to the garden and at the same time an opening to the dining room creating thus a sense of comfort and freedom and enabling also convenient dining. Very beautiful is also the rattan chandelier made of fishing creel.

On the other side of the house a fireplace, a TV and a large corner living room in modern design but with simple fabrics give a sense of great comfort and allow you to relax while enjoying the sea view.

In the same level there is a WC for guests with a harmonic combination of marbles and pebbles on the surfaces.

For the heating/cooling of all spaces fan coil units with independent thermostats are being used, while radiators can, also, heat every room providing for a very warm and hospitable house even during the winter time.

Three steps up this level there is a large and spacious master bedroom with a separate sheltered balcony, which guarantees a sense of autonomy and offers a nice view to the garden. The bathroom is large and equipped with all amenities, like all the bathrooms. Towels are also provided.

At the lower level of the villa you will find three bright, luxurious master bedrooms with access to the garden through the areaways. These can accommodate three couples or six children.

Some of the bedrooms have a double bed and others single beds that can be converted into double bed.

In this level there is also a staff room, a storage room and a washing machine for the house’s needs. The rooms are constructed with high quality materials, feature large French doors that can provide communication between the rooms, and also beds with out frame, but with mattresses and underlays made by a famous big Greek company, as well as linens and towels in each one of them.

At the first floor there is a very luxurious master bedroom with a big roof and subtle decoration that give a special aura in the space. From the windows you can enjoy nice views of the sea, the island of Spetses and the beautiful sunset, while lying on the wonderful bed. The room features

also a special bathroom with glass and marble elements in the same color with the wall.

You will be impressed by the villa’s simplicity, which you may want during your holidays. The tasteful, but not pompous decoration and the comfort that oozes guarantee beautiful and carefree holidays!
