שביל שורות ברושים עתיקים מוביל אל הווילה, אשר מגודרת לחלוטין. הרעשים של העולם המודרני לא מגיעים לכאן, אתם רק מוקפים גבעות ירוקות מתגלגלות ובתחושה אמיתית של שקט ושלווה.

הווילה מציעה את כל אפשרויות הנוחות: החל מהבריכה וגרש הטני, דרך ביתן הבריכה הכפול, אחד הכולל סאונה ומקלחת, האחר עם חדר ההלבשה וחדר אמבטיה עם מקלחת.

The villa is on three floors. The ground floor consists of spacious and light dayrooms. The kitchen is particularly lovely, complete with high standard furniture and furnishings. It is modern and extremely practical. From the kitchen, just as from all the other rooms on the ground floor, there is direct access to the garden.
Only one bedroom is on the ground floor. The others are on the first and second floor. The style of all the bedrooms and the conveniences provided in them are all the same. This is what makes this villa a perfect choice for groups of friends. The bathrooms, too, are similar, their travertine and local terracotta tiles creating a mix of pastels that are pleasing to the eye. The towels are top quality.
This hilly part of south-eastern Tuscany is also famous for its beneficial thermal baths. San Casciano dei Bagni offers a fabulous spa and thermal pools. Cetona is an enchanting Tuscan town with a couple of well-known restaurants and the weekly market well worth a visit. This is the real Tuscan countryside! For lovers of good wine, Montepulciano, where wine cellars offer wine and art, is a must.
The shops closest to the villa are at Radicofani (10 minutes from the villa, 6km/3.5 miles) and the supermarket and biggest shopping centre are at Chiusi. The villa can also be easily reached from the motorway, exit Chiusi, which is 25 km from the villa.
