Inside: accommodation at the all on one floor. Furnishings and fittings throughout are of a very high quality and the subtle color scheme of greys, whites, blacks and natural wood creates a serene, restful ambience. The sleeping quarters are situated in two wings, on either side of a generously proportioned communal living and dining area with high white beamed ceilings, large sink-in sofas, a fireplace, a study area and a series of French windows providing access to terraces on both sides of the house. To one end of this area, looking over and opening onto the main al fresco dining area, is the superbly equipped kitchen, with large central island, professional range, double-fronted fridge-freezer, wine fridge and pretty much everything else a chef could need for inspiration. The flooring throughout is in gorgeous local petrol-grey pietra pece, a feature that continues into the two sleeping quarters. To one end of the living area a door opens into a short corridor, off which are three bedrooms: the first is the master double, complete with walk-in wardrobe, large en-suite bathroom with separate tub and shower, decorative fireplace and large French windows accessing a private panoramic terrace; the second is a double bedroom with views out over the countryside and an en-suite shower room; the third is a twin/double with access to the surrounding terraces and an en-suite bathroom with small tub and shower connection. This wing is also home to a guest bathroom. The second sleeping wing, also accessed via a corridor from the living area comprises another three bedrooms: two doubles and a double/twin, each boasting its own en-suite shower room and access to the surrounding terraces (one looks out and accesses the pool area). Last, but not least, on the lower ground floor, accessed from grounds and with views of the surrounding countryside, is a fully equipped gym, a pool changing room and a bathroom with shower.

Outside: arrival at the villa is via a large sun-soaked terrace, at the center of which is an olive tree. Furnished with a table and chairs, this area is accessed by two of the bedrooms. The main focus of your al fresco life at the villa, however, is on the other side, where extensive terraces, furnished for dining, barbecuing and lounging, and a pristine triangle of green grass give way to the inviting cobalt waters of the infinity pool and the olive-specked countryside beyond. Accessed from multiple doors in the living room, dining room, kitchen and several of the bedrooms, this area really is the villa's oasis, a secluded, private hideaway blessed with views of the surrounding countryside and the sparkling sea on the horizon.

Think About

The extremely discreet caretakers live in their own private quarters on the lower ground floor. They will provide daily maid service, breakfast preparation and ensure the efficient functioning of the house and pool.
