מקום אלגנטי זה ממוקם על אחת הגבעות סביב טודי (Todi), במרחק של רק 5 ק"מ ממערב למרכז העיר, נהנה מנוף מרהיב, שמקיף את הנוף שמסביב עד לגדות נהר הטיבר (Tiber).
ממוקם באופן אידיאלי במרכז איטליה,  רק 40 דקות נסיעה מפרוג'יה, אורבייטו, אסיזי, Gubbi, גוביו וספולטו. הוא ממוקם במרחק של 170 ק"מ מנמל התעופה לאונרדו דה וינצ'י (Leonardo Da Vinci) ברומא, ו -46 ק"מ משדה התעופה פרוג'יה.
העיר העתיקה של טודי נמצאת גם בהליכה נעימה דרך היער (3.5 ק"מ).

זהו נכס המאה ה – XVIII הכולל וילה של 500 מ"ר אשר שוחזרה במיומנות, בנויה בשלוש קומות, כוללת בריכת "אינסוף" מלכותית, מגרש "bocce" ומרפסת פנורמית רחבה.
הוילה מוקפת בגן יפהפה שתוכנן על ידי מעצבת נוף וב – 5 דונם של קרקע פרטית, כולל יער עם מגוון עשיר של צמחייה מעובדת.
הווילה הישנה שוחזרה בסגנון חדשני ועכשווי, תוך שמירה על רבים מהחומרים המקוריים שלה.

The house is laid out over three levels:

GROUND FLOOR (180 mq):
Entrance, living room with fireplace, loggia, surrounding terrace, dining room with seating for 12, fully-equipped professional kitchen with a large oven, microwave, induction hobs, refrigerator, electric grill, four basins and a dishwasher. Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower) and access for the disabled.

FIRST FLOOR (180 mq):
Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub; two double bedrooms with two queen size beds, with en-suite bathrooms (shower and bathtub)

BASEMENT (120 mq):
Service entrance, laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Dressing room and bathroom for the house staff. Each guest room at the villa has been designed to deliver all the comfort and convenience our guests expect away from home.

The rooms are spacious (30 square meters) are all equipped with private bathroom; 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 rooms on the first floor with 2 double bedrooms and 2 double beds.
