הוילה מרווחת ויוקרתית, מעוצבת להפליא וכוללת אזורי ישיבה נינוחים, חלונות מוגפים מסורתיים וריצוף אריחים. מראה חיצוני כפרי נינוח מהווה ניגוד לחללים הפנימיים המפוארים שלה. הווילה מאובזרת היטב כדי לטפל בקבוצות גדולות ויש לה שטח נרחב לקבוצה להתרווח. יש מטבח מרווח ומאובזר היטב ופינת אוכל נאה עד 30 איש. אם תרצו להירגע בפנים, יש טלוויזיה בלוויין, נגן  DVD, CD ,אינטרנט אלחוטי וחדר כושר. למה לא לאתגר מישהו למשחק טניס שולחן או כדורגל או לנסות את משחקי הווידאו?

Your extensive outside facilities include private swimming pool, a large patio and lounging area, al fresco dining area with seating for 18 and al fresco boardroom. There is also a barbeque with children’s play area.  The property also features a unique traditional Catalan stone shepherd's hut. The Villa  is an ideal venue for a wedding or a corporate event. It features a gorgeous Bodega that sits 150 people. The garden and pool area can also accommodate a large group of up to 300. At additional cost and with advance notice staffing and catering can be provided.

The Villa can accommodate up to 30 guests overnight in its 15 gorgeous bedrooms, nine include en-suite facilities.  All bedrooms include air conditioning and heating for the colder months.

Penedes is a natural and historical region of the autonomous community of Catalonia and is located in the south of the Principality of Catalonia between the pre-coastal mountain range, the Serralada Pre-litoral and the Mediterranean. This wine-producing region is framed by the coastal hills of the Serra del Garraf and the higher inland mountains, which skirt the Catalan Central Depression. It is considered to be one of the country’s best wine-producing regions, better known for its Cava production, a sparking wine, although the region also produces some highly regarded, oak-aged reds.

It is 4 km to Sitges Golf Course and 8.1 km to tennis court at Centre Esportiu Vallpineda. 11.6 km to Club de Golf Terramar and 20 km to Barcelona Ferry Port

And 45.5 km drive to Barcelona. La Molina ski slopes are 80 km away. It is 8 km to Sitges Beach and 9.5 km to San Sebastian Beach. The Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) is 30 km.
